In 1993, Billy Ray joined Dolly Parton & friends (Kathy Mattea, Mary Chapin Carpenter & Tanya Tucker) for “Romeo,” from Dolly’s album, Slow Dancing With The Moon. (I had the cassette tape, and lemme tell you: I wore that thing OUT.)
