Emotional Support Teddy Bears Are Now A Thing
Emotional support teddy bears are now a thing. I’m going to give you a minute to let that phrase sink in. Has it sunken in yet? Ok lets continue. I can imagine you have an image in your head of what these emotional support teddy bears are going to look like. You probably think it’s going to look like one of those big teddy bears you win at the fair right? Nope! This actually kind of looks like nightmare fuel.
Check out the website PuffyBear.com. That’s where you can order one of these things. So it has a teddy bear head, but the body of a human. I totally understand sometimes you just need to cuddle with something. Body pillows are a thing for a reason, but a body pillow doesn’t have a face! I think that’s what makes this a little weird.
People are dressing this bear up and laying in bed with it to watch TV. Listen you can do whatever you want in the privacy of your own home, but that doesn’t mean I can’t still think it’s a little weird. The bear shows up to your house naked, and you can dress him however you’d like, which again is a little weird. I’m not judging you if you buy this, but I also don’t want to know about it.
