Aiken’s Seamless Summer Meal Program
Aiken County is providing meals at no cost this summer with its Seamless Summer Meal Program. The meals are available for school-age children 18 years and under. Meals are also available for disabled persons/children 21 years and under who are enrolled in school. The goal of the program is to ensure children have access to nutritious food when school is not in session.
The program is providing meals Monday through Friday this summer between June 12-30 and July 10-14. Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Lunch is available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The meals are available at the following Aiken County Public Schools:
- Aiken High School – 449 Rutland Drive, Aiken
- Belvedere Elementary – 115 Monterey Avenue, North Augusta
- Graniteville Elementary – 1 Willis Circle, Graniteville
- Redcliffe Elementary – 22 Double Springs Road, Aiken
- Ridge Spring-Monetta Elementary – 1081 Trojan Road, Monetta
All meals MUST be eaten onsite. Adults are welcome to eat with their children at these rates:
- Adult Breakfast: $3.10
- Adult Lunch: $4.85

“Cody” Blaine Jackson is one half of the Kicks Wake Up Krew on Kicks 99, and also serves as the Digital Program Director for Beasley Media Group in Augusta. She’s a Georgia native but currently resides just across the river in South Carolina. She started in the radio industry as a part-time board operator, and moved up through various roles, including on-air positions and program director for multiple stations. Her passions include fitness and anything to do with animals, as she has two fur babies, her dogs Harley and Waylon. Cody likes to write about pets, fitness and Augusta local events.
