Augusta Paint and Body Shop is Offering Free Auto Maintenance Classes for Women
Cars just aren’t a guy thing! Kendricks Paint and Body in Augusta will be hosting Cars Aren’t Scary. It is a women’s clinic, a class for women taught by women.
The event will take place next month, October 21st. It is a 4 hour class that will involve learning all about basic car maintenance. The hours are 8am- 12pm. All at no cost.
Here is a list of basic car maintenance tips women may learn at this upcoming class:
- How to change a tire
- Check the oil
- Topping off fluids
- Checking tire pressure
With this knowledge it could help women feel more at ease when going to mechanic shop, while ensuring that she is not getting ripped off.
If you are attending the class be sure to wear closed toe shoes and long pants.
