What Kind Of Dog Would You Be?

I saw a video where Reese Witherspoon was asked what breed of dog she would be. But first, can we just talk about how down-to-earth and sweet Reese seems?  I love her responses and reasonings. She seems like she would be such a fun person to be around. Anyway, this whole thing had me wondering what breed would I be.

The women on The View also talked about this on their show. A few of them took quizzes online to see what breed they would be.  And I actually looked up a few quizzes too.

First Quiz

The first quiz I found was on a site called Pet Fools. This quiz had quite a few questions, and I found that it took a while… the site was a bit slow.  Out of the two quizzes, I felt this one was more thorough.  Maybe because it had way more questions. I think there were at least 25 in total.

The result? Labrador Retriever! Like a Lab, I’m “friendly, outgoing, and sociable.” And I’m always ready for the next adventure. I’m also adaptable and can get along with just about everyone. It also says I’m extremely loyal.  I feel like this is a pretty decent assessment. But let’s see what the other site says!

Second Quiz

And the second one I took was the Buzzfeed quiz that they talked about on The View.  I couldn’t believe the results on this one… A Chihuahua?!  WHAT?! Here’s what the result said:

“Two words to describe you: energetic and fashionable. You always show up places looking nothing short of sharp, turning heads and stealing hearts. You know you have some haters out there, but pay them no mind. Haters gonna hate and Chihuahuas have no time for that.”

I don’t think energetic or fashionable describes me at all! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t ever want to show up looking like a hot mess anywhere. But I don’t have a lot of faith in my fashion sense.  I’m really basic– just give me jeans and a T-shirt! And when it comes to being energetic? It depends on the day… and the amount of caffeine I’ve had!

So, I have to admit, I did retake the quiz, and the second result is more “accurate” if you ask me!  A Pit Bull! Just check out this description:

“Sure, you are pretty misunderstood, but once people get to know you, they realize how lovable you really are. It may take a second for you to warm up, but you are a goof once you do — not to mention you’re loyal, sincere, and adaptable.”

Yep, that’s definitely more believable than a Chihuahua!

Which Breed Of Dog Am I?

If I had to choose which breed of dog I’d LOVE to be… it would have to be a Labrador Retriever.  Or maybe some sort of Pit Bull.  I know Pit Bulls get a bad rap, but I have a pit mix that is the sweetest, silliest, best girl in the world.  Both of my choices probably have something to do with the fact that I just love big dogs.  Nothing against the smaller ones, but when I am choosing a dog, the larger the dog, the better!
