A Columbia County Man Got Stabbed In The Butt With A Fork
A Columbia County man was allegedly stabbed in the butt with a fork recently. Now there’s a headline you don’t see every day right? How did this happen? That is one question I have. Another question I have is, who did it? Look, I live in Columbia County, and I’ve lived here all of my life, I know a lot of people. Do I know these people? Did this happen near my neighborhood? Could this have happened in my neighborhood? Y’all, I’ve got questions.
What Did This Columbia County Man Do?
According to The Augusta Chronicle deputies responded to a domestic dispute call this past Sunday. When they got there, a man, who hasn’t been identified said that he and his girlfriend got into an argument. According to the report from The Columbia County Sheriff’s Department, at some point during the argument, his girlfriend “grabbed a fork and stabbed him in the butt”
Now apparently, this is an on-again-off-again relationship. I can see why! Don’t think that I’m going to stay in a relationship with someone who has such little concern for me…or my butt! Of course, there are three sides to every story. His side of the story, her side of the story, and the truth. The man said he was stabbed in the butt, and his girlfriend said she simply “poked his butt”. Well, poke and stab are two completely different things.
So how did the story end? The woman left the man’s house, and he decided not to press charges. He probably decided not to press charges because they’ll end up back together by the weekend. Hence the on-again, off-again relationship. The police did tell the man about the process of getting a temporary protection order.
Wow! What a story! I’m still wondering who these people were. Will I be shopping next to them at the grocery store? Could I see them at the fair this weekend? I still have so many questions.

I mentioned that I live in Columbia County, and one of my favorite places to go is Savannah Rapids. Here are some pictures from one of our visits there.
