K-Bop Street Food in Augusta is a newly opened Korean restaurant. The restaurant is located on Washington Road.
The space used to be home to Heroes Donuts, which closed last November.
Even though this is a new restaurant opening, you may have had K-Bop's food before. They are a regular vendor at the Augusta Saturday Market on the River.
Their hours are Monday - Friday 11 am until 7 pm. It seems they will be leaving Saturday as a day open for them to still be down at the Saturday market.

K-Bop vendor at the Augusta Saturday market on the River.

K-Bop at the market always has a lengthy line - that's how you know it's good!
I can tell you this, they used to be my Saturday go-to each afternoon when going down to the market. The food was always so good with great portions and for a good price!
My meal would always be the Beef Bulgogi plate- which came with white rice cucumber kimchi and Yaki Mandu.

This was my go-to meal from K-Bop Street Food!
The menu for the restaurant is very simple and straight to the point. You have the option to choose between fried rice or white rice. Next, you can choose if you want a "cup bop" - which I'm assuming is the smaller size. With that, you still get to decide 2 sides.
If you want a larger portion, choose the "plate" with 2 sides.
According to the menu, the sides they are offering are Yaki Mandu, Cucumber Kimichi, Napa Kimchi, Veggies, and Japchae.
Aside from the traditional Korean meals they have chicken wings.
They also have Korean Hot Dogs! Korean hot dogs seem to have become a popular food trend in the last year. Korean corn dogs are hot dogs, cheese, rice cakes, or fish cakes fried in a batter on a stick and dressed with sugar, ketchup, mustard, and/or mayo. They can be made in a variety of different ways!
and of course, they have desserts! They will be serving sweet bread and Mochi.
