Hitting Nashville – Oh How I’ve Missed You
Not on the air for a couple of days. I’m hitting Nashville on behalf of Kicks 99 and all of the country music radio stations inside Beasley Media Group.
I got in yesterday, so I decided once I got to the hotel and all set up for the next few days, it was time to take a walk.
The place I am staying in is just off Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville. It was just a 5-minute walk from everything ya wanna see in Downtown Nash!
I hit as many of the honkytonks as I could and did a lot of people-watching. Plus I got to listen to some really great country music singers.
My first stop is always Tootsies Orchid Lounge for something cool to drink and a good ol’ fashion Tootsies Cheeseburger. “They have food?” you ask. Yes, they do and it’s really good. The burger is off the chain and their nachos are the real deal.
So after some time at The Worlds Greatest Honky Tonk, I took a walk and enjoyed the night.
