How Much Beer Do We Drink While Golfing In The CSRA
So how much beer do we actually drink while golfing in the CSRA? Apparently a study has been done, and we have an answer! As someone who has been playing golf for a few years now, I can confirm that a few cold beers make the round better. What’s better than riding around on a golf cart, hitting some good and bad golf shots and enjoying a cold beer? I’m gonna say not much!
The folks at Pickswise.com did this study. They found how many beers golfers enjoy on average per 18 holes. I’m anxious to see where Georgia and South Carolina fall on the list. Do we drink a lot of beers here in the CSRA, or are there other states that go harder than we do on the golf course? Lets dig in and find out.
I can tell you that neither Georgia nor South Carolina are the number one state on this list. I guess thats a good thing? So what state tops the list? Florida! They average 4.8 beers during an 18 hole round. What about some of our neighboring states? How many beers do they consume on the golf course? Lets take a look.
- North Carolina drinks about 4.3 beers per 18 hole round
- Alabama drinks around 4.1 beers per 18 hole round
- Tennessee drinks about 3.7 beers per 18 hole round
Here’s whats crazy, Georgia and South Carolina are underneath all of these other states! In Georgia we consume around 3.5 beers per 18 hole round. South Carolina drinks just a tad more than Georgia. In South Carolina, they drink 3.6 beers per 18 hole round. Maybe while we’re golfing in the CSRA, we take things a little more seriously? Who knows.
