The Biggest Christmas Movies Of All Time
These are the biggest Christmas movies of all time! Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, I say bring on the Christmas movies! We've already put a couple of our favorites on already at the house. I always find myself going back to the same ones every year. Mostly because they're classics, and in my opinion, some of the newer ones just aren't as good.
I found this list on PopCulture.com and it ranks the movies based on how much money they grossed at the box office. The box office website The Numbers calculated these amounts. However, the list isn't adjusted for inflation. That means that some older Christmas movies like "White Christmas" and my personal favorite "Christmas Vacation" didn't make it on this list.
Now you know why these movies aren't on the list. I'll be honest, I was a little surprised that "Christmas Vacation" wasn't on this list, but now that I know that it wasn't adjusted for inflation it makes a little more sense. On my list of favorite Christmas movies. "Christmas Vacation" will always be number 1.
Some of the movies on this list will make total sense, and you'll totally get why they're on there. However, there will be some that probably surprise you as well. Most of these movies are classics that must be watched every Christmas season. But there are others that I've never seen, and a few I've never heard of.
