Local Diner Is Set To Reopen After Renovations

I would love to know how many buns they go through at Edgefield Pool Room, plus fresh tomatoes.

People will be happy to hear this Edgefield diner is set to reopen after renovations. The Edgefield Pool Room is a popular gathering place for lunch and dinner.

Old Pictures And Great Burgers

According to owner Scott Mims, "The only difference customers will see is a cleaner look. We replaced the ceiling, added a fresh coat of paint, and replaced the lighting. We didn't want to change the look of this historical business. Our goal is to keep Edgefield Pool Room the same and showcase our pride with all of the old pictures in the restaurant."

Eat Local

This is a small-town, friendly diner that happens to have delicious food. My go-to is a hamburger and fries; their hot dogs are also great. I'm also a fan of the friendly people and service. Many locals come in and out as you have lunch, and it seems everyone knows each other. I'm sure this is a lunch stop for them at least a few times a week.

This diner offers more than hamburgers; it also offers chicken sandwiches, BLTs, corndogs, and more. It serves beer and wine, too. I wonder if anyone has ever ordered a corndog and a glass of red wine. It sounds good, though. Fancy!
