Which Artists Have Played The Kicks99 Guitar Pull The Most Times
We’re gearing up for the 25th anniversary of the Kicks99 Guitar Pull coming up in November. As we get ready to celebrate this awesome occasion, let’s take a trip down memory lane, shall we? Let’s take a look back at the past 25 years and see which artists have graced the Guitar Pull stage the most times.
Kicks99 Guitar Pull Has Had Some Major Star Power
Over the past 25 years, we’ve been lucky enough to bring some of the biggest stars in country music to Kicks Country. Some of them were big stars when they came, and some of them would become big stars after they played Guitar Pull. I can tell you this, artists love playing our show. Which is why there have been a bunch that have done it multiple times.
But which artists have done it the most? Let’s take a look:
- Trace Adkins holds the record for most Guitar Pull appearances. He’s played the show five times (2000, 2002, 2004, 2009, and 2016)
- Darius Rucker has played the show four times (2010, 2013, 2017, and 2021)
- Scotty McCreery has played three times (2011, 2021 and 2023)
- Luke Bryan has played Guitar Pull three times as well (2009, 2012, and 2019)
There are also a bunch of artists who have played Guitar Pull twice, and they include
- Jason Aldean (2006 and 2010)
- Blake Shelton (2002 and 2007)
- Dierks Bentley (2004 and 2007)
- Lee Brice (2012 and 2017)
- Cole Swindell (2016 and 2018)
- Chris Janson (2016 and 2018)
- Carly Pearce (2018 and 2021)
- Dustin Lynch (2014 and 2018)
- Randy Houser (2013 and 2017)

As you can see, we’ve had some pretty big names play the Kicks99 Guitar Pull over the past 25 years. And let’s not forget some of the superstars that have only made one appearance on the show. Names like Luke Combs, Eric Church, Thomas Rhett, Dan + Shay, and Sam Hunt. It truly has been an awesome 25 years, and we can’t wait to celebrate many, many more!
