Unless something changes, five-time Green Jacket winner Tiger Woods says he will step into the tee box when the 86th Masters Tournament begins Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club.

The decision comes a year after a car crash that left Tiger with major leg injuries and many wondering if his competitive career might be over.  Woods says, however, he wouldn’t play if he didn’t think he could compete. Woods plans to play another nine practice holes today before making his final decision.  He’s scheduled to tee-off at 10:34 a.m. Thursday in a group that includes Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa and Joaquin Niemann of Chile.
