Weekdays On The Job 10:00am-3:00pm

Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not the feeling I get at the start of the college football season starting but, after 6 months Of waiting-Are You Ready For Some Football? The NFL’s Pre-Season games start tonight with the Hall Of Fame game from the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton Ohio. Kick-off is at 8p and can be seen locally on WAGT/26 with Mike Tirico doing play-by-play, Cris Collinsworth, Color & Melissa Stark On the sideline.

Tonight’s game will be the first time we see Aaron Rodgers in a different uniform than the Green and Yellow of Green Bay. But will he play? According to, Jets Head coach Robert Saleh said recently that Rodgers will not play in the team’s first three preseason games and will only play in the team’s final preseason finale against the Giants if he felt the team’s starters need more work.  So there is the answer we didn’t want.

This season will also see Aaron Rodgers wearing a new number. His entire career in Green Bay, He wore jersey #12. In New York, he will wear Jersey #8, The reason, The Jets organization retired the #12 years ago in honor of the lets Legendary quarterback, Joe Namath.
