Super Bowl 58- Who Does Baby Maddie Think Will Win?
Super Bowl 58 is coming up this weekend. Of course everyone is making their predictions on which team they think will win. People are making their picks, even animals are making picks for the big game. So I figured why not let our daughter get in on the fun and make a prediction for the big game coming up on Sunday.
The Back Story
First of all, before you watch the video, my wife asked me to mention that we shot this right after bath time. So she’s in her jammies and she isn’t rocking a cute little ponytail. We had to shoot the video when we could. Maddie was a little cranky before bath time the other night. I don’t think she would have cooperated had we tried to do this any other time.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t quite sure how this was going to go. Anytime we try to shoot a video of something our daughter is doing, she stops doing it! Maddie is 16 months old now, and pretty much does what she wants. If she doesn’t want to do it, she’s not going to do it. So we weren’t quite sure if the talent was going to cooperate for the video.
Another thing I had to figure out is what we were going to use for her to make her pick. We’d thought about doing sippy cups or stuffed animals. However, when I looked down and saw her toy cars, I knew those would be perfect. Also they were pretty close to Kansas City and San Francisco’s team colors, so thankfully everything was working in our favor so far.
I’ll be honest, I don’t really care who wins this year. I guess I would be more happy for San Francisco, considering it’s been a lot longer since they’ve won a Super Bowl. Of course my wife is basically just cheering for Taylor Swift. So that’s where we stand, but what would Maddie’s pick be?
