Rascal Flatts Are Back (Kinda)
Remember a gazillion years ago, back in January, when Rascal Flatts shattered my heart and announced their farewell tour? (Honestly, that’s when things started to go down hill in 2020, I’m just saying…)
Their farewell announcement was all-encompassing; although there’s no drama or animosity behind the breakup, Gary, Jay & Joe Don all stated that they had no plans to record or release any more music as a group.
WELL, hold onto your hair gel, Flattheads (that’s what we Fan Club members call ourselves), because the boys are back with a brand new single!
In an Instagram post yesterday, Rascal Flatts announced the release of “How They Remember You.” The song goes on sale tomorrow (6/19), and the group shared a sneak peek…
I’m holding out hope that this means the guys have changed their mind about quitting altogether. As beyond bummed as I am that they’ve cancelled their Farewell Tour, at least a new album would soften the blow. Fingers (and toes) crossed for more new music from my favorite fellas!
