Morgan Wallen Appears In Court, Won’t Be Prosecuted

Following his arrest in Nasvhille on May 23rd, Morgan Wallen will not be prosecuted for charges of public intoxication and drunk & disorderly conduct.
According to public records in Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk in Nashville, one charge has been dismissed, and the other two have been disposed as “Nolle Prosequi,” which basically means that either the charges can’t be proven, or that there’s evidence of innocence or flawed information from the prosecution.
That’s one less thing on Morgan’s plate, as he just became a new dad this week!
